You will need a measuring tape, pen, and paper, and you should be in front of a mirror wearing a non-padded bra that reflects your true shape. First, measure your chest above your breasts, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor along your back. This is your band size. Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area. Subtract your band size from this bust measurement to determine your cup size.
