Step 1: Measure your chest above your breasts, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor along your back. This is your band size.

Step 2: Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area. Subtract your band size from this bust measurement.

Step 3: The remainder is your cup size, where each number represents a letter (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, D=C). Combine the band measurement and cup size for your bra size.
