Ballet Bra in Regular Sizes: - Designed to best fit women with B to DDD/F cups - Allows for comfortable movement day or night throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding - Adjustable straps for a custom fit

Step 1: Band Measurement - Measure your chest above your breasts, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor along your back - The tape should be snug around your body without any fingers underneath - If you're between band sizes, round up or down to the nearest even number

Step 2: Bust Measurement - Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area - Use one hand to hold the tape at the side of your breast, and your free hand to press the tape in between your breasts to your chest

Step 3: Calculate Your Size - Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement - The remainder is your cup size, where each number represents a letter (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, D=C) - Combine the band measurement and cup size for your bra size
